About the Founder

Bill has over 25 years’ experience across corporate development, investment banking, corporate venture capital, strategy and finance roles. Industry experience is primarily in CPG, Consumer Healthcare and Wellness, but also spans energy technology, and healthcare service delivery. 

His transaction experience ranges from $500k intellectual property divestitures to $2B company acquisitions. 

Much of Bill’s passion for OTC Healthcare was developed as Director Worldwide Business Development & Strategy for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare where he was responsible for new business opportunities including company / brand acquisitions, technology in-licenses, and product divestitures / carveouts.

Early in his career Bill was Director of Finance for Exelon Capital Partners, a $100M corporate venture fund focused on energy technology, where he led the investment decision process and helped manage a portfolio of 10 direct investments.

Additional experience includes acquisition rollup strategies for an infrastructure construction business, and integration planning for a physical therapy practice consolidation.

Bill is a graduate of Drexel University with an MBA in Financial Management, and a BS in Commerce & Engineering Sciences.
